Rules & Regulations

Eligibility

  1. The event is open to all individuals — Indian and international.
  2. All participants below 18 must submit parental/guardian consent at the time of registration.
  3. Organisers reserve the right to verify age and identity at any stage.*
  4. Minimum age requirements by category:  

3K Fun Run: 6 years  

5K Dream Run: 12 years

10K Classic Run: 15 years

Half Marathon( 21.097 Km ): 18 years.

Age Categories (for Competitive Timed Runs)

• Under 39 (Open/Young)

• 40 & Above (Veteran)

*These categories apply to eligible timed events (10K Classic Run and above).*

Race Timing

  1. Timing bibs are mandatory for 5 km and longer distances.
  2. Participants must cross all timing mats placed at key points to be eligible for ranking and prizes.
  3. Failure to wear the bib properly or tampering with the bib will lead to disqualification.

Medical & Safety

  1. On-route basic medical support, ambulances, and trained staff will be available.
  2. It is the participant’s responsibility to be medically fit. Those with pre-existing conditions must consult a doctor before participating.
  3. Emergency contact details must be correctly filled in the registration form.
  4. The Organisers are not responsible for any injury, illness, or accident before, during, or after the event.

Disqualification Criteria

Participants will be disqualified immediately for:

  1. Taking shortcuts, skipping checkpoints, or route deviations.
  2. Running with a forged, borrowed, or duplicate bib.
  3. Receiving external support like pacing vehicles or assistance from non-participants.
  4. Misbehaving with volunteers, other runners, or causing disruptions.
  5.  Not complying with race officials instructions.

Prize Distribution

  1. Top 3 male and female finishers in each age group (for eligible timed categories).
  2. All winners must present valid government ID and age proof to claim prizes.
  3. Prizes may include cash awards, trophies, medals, or sponsored gifts.
  4. Final results are subject to timing verification and are at the sole discretion of the Organisers.

Baggage & Facilities

  1. Baggage counters will be available near the start point. Items are stored at the participant’s own risk.
  2. Hydration stations every 2–3 km with water and energy drinks.
  3. Nutrition points (fruits, salt, ors, biscuits, etc.) at strategic distances.
  4. Toilet and sanitation facilities at start/finish points and along the route.

Photography & Media Release

  1. The event will be covered by professional photographers and videographers.
  2. By participating, you grant permission to the Organisers to use your photos/videos for promotional purposes, unless explicitly opted out in writing before the event.
  3. No claims or compensation shall be entertained for such usage.

Runner Conduct & Environment Responsibility

  1. Maintain a spirit of sportsmanship and mutual respect at all times.
  2. Any abusive, violent, or discriminatory behaviour will lead to disqualification.
  3. Littering on the route is strictly prohibited. Please use designated waste bins.
  4.  Let’s keep the event eco-friendly and the city clean.

Organiser Rights & Authority

  1. The Organiser’s decisions regarding participant eligibility, timing disputes, prize distribution, and other event matters will be final and binding.
  2. The Organisers reserve the right to change the route, timing, venue, or other event aspects due to safety, weather, or administrative reasons.
