🏆 Prize Money Rules & Guidelines

1. Prize money is applicable on an overall combined basis (Male & Female participants together). No separate gender-wise prize categories.
2. Only registered and valid finishers of their respective race categories will be considered for prize money.
3. Winners will be decided based on official race timing results approved by the race organizers and timing partners.
4. Prize money will be transferred directly to the winners’ bank accounts only.Cash payments will not be entertained under any circumstances.
5. Winners must submit correct bank details (Account Number, IFSC Code, Account Holder Name) as requested by the organizing team.
6. Prize money will be credited within 15 days from the race day, subject to successful verification of results and bank details.
7. In case of incorrect or incomplete bank details, the prize money transfer may be delayed, and the organizers will not be responsible for such delays.
8. Any form of cheating, bib swapping, course cutting, or rule violation will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of prize money.
9. The organizers reserve the right to verify participant identity, timing chip, and race compliance before finalizing winners.
10. The decision of the race organizing committee shall be final and binding in all matters related to prize money distribution.
