Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Once an entry is submitted and payment is made, no cancellation, refund, or deferral of registration will be permitted under any circumstances.
- Transfer of bibs or registration to another participant is strictly prohibited.
- In the event of cancellation or postponement due to force majeure (such as natural calamities, government regulations, pandemics, or any situation beyond the control of the organisers), the organisers will attempt to reschedule the event. No refunds will be issued, as significant expenses are committed in advance and are non-refundable.
Organiser Rights & Authority
- The Organiser’s decisions on participant eligibility, event results, disqualifications, disputes, and prize distribution shall be final and binding.
- The Organisers reserve the right to alter the route, event timing, venue, or any aspect of the event based on safety, weather, legal, or logistical reasons without prior notice.
Disclaimer & Important Information
By registering, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Participation is voluntary. Runners must assess their own physical and mental fitness to participate.
- The organisers, sponsors, volunteers, and associated partners shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, or damage occurring before, during, or after the event.
- Runners are advised not to leave valuables unattended. The organisers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items.
- Photographs and video recordings taken during the event may be used by the organisers for promotional and marketing purposes.
- Medical assistance including first aid and ambulance services will be available during the event. Any hospitalisation or extended medical treatment required beyond this will be at the participant’s own expense.
- All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jodhpur, Rajasthan only.
- By registering, you accept all event rules, regulations, and this complete policy as binding.
